What Causes Fainting Spells, ringing In Ears And Hot Flushes?

Hi. I am 23 year old female. My doctor a few years ago suggested taking iron since I am low. Over the last few years I have fainted multiple times. Each time I recall feeling almost confused and dizzy. A few times my ears have rang and I get very hot. The most recent was today I got extremely hot and I felt very faint. I quickly ate some crackers. Then someone was talking to me and my ears felt like they almost wanted to pop but rang very loudly then it went away. I did not faint but I felt weak. So far I have fainted about 4 times in the last 3 to 4 years. I went almost 1.5 years without anything happening and a about 2 months before my episode today I fainted when I was camping. Like i said symptoms were usually: feeling weak, confused, getting very hot, ringing in my ears and fainting. Any idea what this could be? Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggest that you are anaemic and whole of your symptoms may be related to this therefore better to increase your Haemoglobin level.

Thanks

Wish you good health
