What Causes Facial Flushing, dizziness And Disorientation?

My husband about 6 years ago was watching tv and just fell off the couch, when he came through he was slurring his words. All test came back, no stroke, no heart attack, (he is 44 now, so 38 then), suggested it could have been a seizure. He also had a bad inner ear infections, and they said that could of caused it. HOWEVER since then he continues to get this intermittent facial flushing, which when it happens he gets dizzy, he also is very fatigued during the time frame this happens. Every once in a while his eye ball will jump. a couple of days ago, he also said when it was happening he got like he could not focus, disoriented a little. He goes for physicals, had had mri s and cat scans done a few years back and everything comes back normal, but it is interfering with his daily life.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
At first, i can say that there is nothing to worry. This symptoms indicates vestibular system pathology. More detailed history about the inner ear infection (about how, when occured, how it was diagnosed?) needed. Some vestibular function investigation like caloric test, electronystagmography needed to confirm. As a treatment vestibular sedstives like cinarazine, bitahistine etc can be used at timely manner.
