What Causes Facet Degeneration Of The Lower Lumber Spine?

I have minimal anterior subluxation of L4 on L5 and there is is moderate degenaerative facet disease at L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1 and mild to moderate loss of disc at L5-S1 and paraspinao soft tissues are unremarkable. degenerative facet disease of the lower lumber spine is this a form of arthritis?

Hi,
It shows that there are degenerative changes in your lower vertebral column.
You might be having osteo-arteritis of lower vertebral column.
Take calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin a supplements.
go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy after consulting spine surgeon.
