What Causes Eye Pressure After Having Steroid Shots Post Eye Surgery?
Hi I had Ptergium eye surgery about 4 months ago and I have been going back as it wasn t healing good. They gave me two shots in my eye of some steroid and he put the needle in my eye before the numbing drops took affect and I moved and it really hurt. I went back 3 weeks later for a follow up and my eye pressure was high. I believe he said 29 or so. They have me on eye drops for the eye pressure and my vision is worse than after the surgery. I go back today to see if the eye drops helped Is this normal or should I get a second opinion?

It may be best to get a second opinion if your vision is deteriorating.
You should also continue the drops to lower the eye pressure because high eye pressure can cause problems.
