Hi dear...eye is an important part of the body. One has to safeguard it... I would first advice your fiance...something which you can do for him....Soak some cotton in bowl of cold water.Place it like a witch s hazel over each eye simultaneously and let his tired eyes relax. Next, take him to the ophthalmologist and get his refraction/ vision and brown spot checked... Something brown appearing suddenly or was it there long before and he hadnt noticed it????Are his eyes very red or swollen or dry... If they are too dry... aqua tears drops can be applied 2-3 drops each eye and closed for 2-3 minutes twice in a day...Does he have history of headaches, migraine, etc??? For the pain , you can give him Tab.brufen, it should help relieve eye ache and give him warm meals and ensure he takes enough rest... I hope this answers your query dear. Take care
