What Causes Eye Irritation?

Hi i just started seeing halos with lights tonught and feel like i have something like an eyelash stuck in my eye but i have washied it out with saline solution and still have it. Had eye doctor appointment 2 weeks ago and other than my regular vision correction, everything else came out normal. Any ideas of what my next step should be?

should consult eye specialist. exclude glaucoma or cataract. reason can be in retina due to holes or peripheral detachment. consult retina surgeon for examination and opinion.
