What Causes Extreme Tiredness And Occasional Dizziness After A Hysterectomy?

Hi. I m 43 and had a hysterectomy on the 4 September 2014. Everything was removed except my ovaries. I healed well and all back to normal now except I m suffering from extreme tiredness and occasional dizziness. Is this normal and will it improve?. I sleep well at night and take vitamin supplements. Thanks Tracey
