What Causes Extreme Sweating, Vomiting And Passing Out While Smoking?

I am a regular smoker, about a pack a day. This morning around 11AM, I smoked a cig and right afterwards I broke out in a sudden pouring sweat, almost passed out and threw up 3 times. I thought maybe it was because I had a slight hangover from last night. So I didn t smoke another cig until just a few mins ago (6:45PM), same thing. Pouring sweat, almost hit the floor and puked my guts out. I definitely don t want another cig, but what is wrong?........

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, smoking is not good for health, symptoms that you had may not be due to smoking, but possibility of cardiac disease need to be ruled out, second this could be some pulmonary problem, lung disease and that could be due to smoking, now stop smoking, and get done EKG and X-Ray chest, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
