What Causes Extreme Shoulder Blade Pain With Tingling Sensation?
I am a female, age 56, been under extreme stress for a while now. I have extreme pain are my left shoulder blade with off and on tingling. A little short of breath and tired a bit dizzy at times Just checked my BP 150/95, pulse 95 Is this stress or angina of possiblle heart attack?
In angina there is presence of constricting chest pain. So angina seems less likely. But as history of dyspnea present it's better to investigate with chest X-ray and EKG for further work up.
Your left shoulder pain could be from any nerve compression of cervical region or arthritis problem. In heart attack pain usually present in chest as well referred to arm, not located only to shoulder. Local part X-ray of cervical spine can be done if needed.
Hope I have answered your question.
