What Causes Extreme Pain, Nausea And Diarrhea Post Removal Of Pancreatic Cyst?
Hello I I am a 26 year old female who is diabetic. I had a really bad episode in January of pancreatitis and a serious cyst erupt in my pancreas. Ever since my surgery I have unbearable pain and constant nausea and vomiting and diarrhea. I was told I have chronic pancreatitis from one doctor and another says my lipase levels are not elevated enough to be that but no-one can figure out what is wrong with . Do you have any suggestions I can not deal with this the rest of my life

As per your history is concerned have you already taken CEFTRIAXONE IV or not if not then take (ACTOCEF-TZ) inj one gram upto 48 hours of disappearance of clinically signs .For pain take (ABIDOL-P tab)2 tab at a time three times a day if pain is severe.First you take medications .Thanks
