What Causes Extreme Itching Around The Anus?
I am a 44 year old female. I ve had extreme itching around my anus area for almost a year now. I had several tests done for pinworms, etc... that were all negative. It is still extremely uncomfortable, and I m wondering what type of doctor I should make an appointment to see?

1.dont scratch the lesions.
2.maintain good hygiene around the anal area.
3.take levocetrizine tablets twice daily for 7 days.
4.consult a dermatologist if no improvement occur.
