Hi,

There can be various causes for extreme itching all over the chest, arms, and legs. Some possible causes include:
* Allergic reactions: Exposure to allergens such as pet dander, pollen, or certain foods can cause an allergic reaction leading to itching.
* Skin conditions: Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis can cause itching on the skin.
* Insect bites or stings: Insect bites or stings can cause redness and itching on the skin.
* Medications: Certain medications can cause itching as a side effect.
* Liver or kidney problems: Liver or kidney problems can cause itching due to the buildup of waste products in the body.
* Thyroid problems: Thyroid problems can cause dry skin and itching.
* Cancer: Certain cancers such as lymphoma or leukemia can cause itching on the skin.

It is recommended that you see a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause of your itching and receive appropriate treatment. They may suggest taking antihistamines, applying topical creams, or prescribing other medications based on the cause of the itching.
