What Causes Extreme Gassiness, Discomfort And Itching Around The Penile Head?
Hello, I have noticed lately that I have been extremely gassy. Immediately after passing gas i feel my stomach making the next one. I have also noticed a discomfort and itchyNess around the head of my penis. Could these be symptoms of 1 potential problem or would it almost definitely be 2 different problems?

It could be a superficial fungal infection. As first line management, you can apply clotrimazole ointment for symptomatic relief. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
