What Causes Extreme Fatigue Post Treatment For Pneumonia?

Hello. I was diagnosed with a bit of pneumonia 4 days ago and they gave me Levaquin (I think that s what the antibiotics is called). I had completely lost my voice and felt so bad. I am feeling a bit better but why do o feel so I mean so weak, tired and sleepy, again, even though, I m Taking my antibiotics and feel better than days ago. It s just the weakness, tired and sleepiness. Why? Gina

Hi,
Any infection might lead to generalized bodyache, fatigue and malaise producing weakness.
Take complete rest.
Take plenty of water, fruit juices.
Take light diet.
continue with antibiotic medicine.
Ok and take care.
