What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Pain In Arms And Shoulders With Weak Muscles?
I currently have no stamina,my shoulders and arms ache after standing for a minimal amount of time. Then my hips start to hurt as well. Its getting tougher to walk even a half block before my arms and shoulders start to ache. I also seem to have gotten weak. Sometimes my legs feel as if they are going to give out. What is it?

You may be having vitamin d deficiency which is quite common. Get vitamin d levels checked and replace it.
