General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Lipitor induced muscle weakness. Based on the history the cholesterol lowering medication Lipitor seems to be responsible for your symptoms. Consult your treating doctor for a possible dose adjustment of Lipitor or an effective alternate medication to lower the cholesterol levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
