What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Lack Of Motivation?
Hi, im 25 and ive been extremely fatigued for acouple months now, its hard for me to get out of bed for work and when i dont work i seem to just lay down all day... i cant even get out to do what i wanna do, this is effecting me emotionaly and physically... Should i go to a doctor, or force myself for more exercise before i try that. Please help

And to be examined for focal weakness
