General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* A transfusion of blood would not pause an extreme fatigue to get her out of bed with high difficulty levels.

It is the underlying anemia (low hemoglobin levels) which is not making her that prompt in movements against a normal person.

Allow her plenty of liquids by mouth and later if the condition persists over a period of 4 hours or so, get her checked with her primary care in terms of blood pressure and pulse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
