I m a teenage girl who has had bouts of extreme dizziness followed by headache about five or more times a year. I m not sure of how to describe the dizziness as it is more of my vision turns spotted and that causes me to feel unbalanced. I also have had throat and nose problems as well as ear wax buildup issues some I was younger (only mentioning this because with vertigo it would matter.) The only way to make it stop is to sleep it off. What is happening to me?!? And how can I make it stop?!?
