General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Extreme dizziness after eating pork commonly happens because greasy food, fatty food cause the metabolism to speed up to burn more calories. Sometimes postprandial hypotension also causes temporary feeling of sweating or dizziness. Never eat under cooked pork, it may cause serious health problems.

You should always control the portions while taking greasy, fatty food as it may cause, bloating, acid reflux, headache, etc. Get adequately hydrated, take rest. Take a lighter food or snacks for the next meal. Take antacids, PPIs to ease discomfort. You can take digestives like Liv 52 or Aristozyme syp or caps.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
