Similarly self care in form of dietary adjustments ( lot of fibers & water in case of constipation) & lot of water with light nutrients ( to avoid dehydration ) & pill like Lomotil in consultation with your treating doctor would help. * Similarly a consultation of a Gastroenterologist for assessing digestive health/ exclude/ find over mentioned causes of bloating followed by specific treatment is advisable.
