A thorough neuromuscular assessment, Musculoskeletal assessment and respiratory assessment is advised.
Since you are on medication and feeling no change in your symptoms you are a bit nervous.
I will advice you to perfrom breathing exercises along with general body conditioning exercises with the help of a physical therapist.
As, learning breathing exercises and performing it will help you improve the lung capacities and also, on a later stage will keep the body detoxified. So the exhaution and chest discomfort symptoms will reduce.
Also, with the exercises you will have additional benefits to balance your metabolism, improved immune system, balance thyroxine levels, and much more.
I have been dealing patients with similar cases and by the help of physical therapy the overall health condition is improved.
