What Causes Excruciating Pain In Left Lower Pelvic Region While Sneezing?

Last night i sneezed and felt excruciating pain in my left lower pelvic region. I am a live-in caregiver and my patient who is 6 4 (I m 5 7 ) is dead weight as of today, and when lifting him my pain went from upper left thigh, lower pelvic to up the left side of my abdomen. I don t feel any bulges...but still in pain laying down flat.
