What Causes Excessive Weight Loss, Loss Of Appetite And Chest Pain?

I know i m probably being paranoid but i need to see if my symptoms are reason to see a doc right away. I weighed 172 lbs at the end of april and i weighed myself today and it said 159. Haven t had much of an appetite, i maybe eat once a day. I have been having bad chest pains every now and than that feel as if someone is ripping my lungs and ribs out. Been having random coughing fits. Been feeling very sluggish and tired, but cant seem to sleep.
