What Causes Excessive Weight Gain And Rectal Bleeding?

Somethings not right. I and a thirty six year old male. I have gained over 25 pounds in the last two years. I eat very healthy, I don t even eat fast food. I have bleeding from the rectum occasionally, an odd fluttering or quivering in my abdominal area sometimes. I am extremely tired at times and weak. I ve only recently gained benefits, but scared to see a doctor....

Hi,

Maybe add an exercise regimen in the routine too. Consuming a high fiber diet is also recommended. Occasional bleeding per rectum maybe because of hard stools. After all, if you still don't feel better you can visit your doctor.
