What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge?

My vagina is always wet I m not only wet, but I can often very consciously feel a thin, clear liquid seeping out of my vagina consistently throughout the day. And I m not usually aroused when this happens. I go about my day with my crotch area feeling soaked and quite uncomfortable. I don t usually go to the bathroom to clean up... just accept that it s what happens. Is there anything i can do there isnt a day that im not wet its all the time everyday and its not just abit. Can you please help?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Experiencing thin discharge in vagina throughout the day could be due to following reasons:
1. Inflammation of cervix called 'cervicitis'.
2. Mild and persistent infection of vaginal mucosa.
3. Occurance of polyp in cervix or uterus.
Kindly get a per speculum examination and ultrasound of abdomen to know if there are any lesions inside the cervix or uterus contributing to this cause.
If not, you can overcome it by keeping your vagina under good hygiene and using vaginal pH balancing solution like v wash regularly.
