What Causes Excessive Tiredness And Insomnia?

Hello doctor, My age is 38years and married and have kids. I have diabetes for the last 5years. I take medicine every morning and night (Glynase MF). However, I am feeling tired every day morning when I get up as if I have not had any sleep at all. I have swelling under my eyes and it goes off after 15-30mins. It happens every day. Why is it so?

You feel how tense? Some people feel tired when efforts to control diabetes every day. firstly you control blood sugar well and Practice:
1. Exercise. Move more, and the more energy you need. Person or activity, a 30-minute walk every day will be less tired than those who sit around.
2. Be aware of your diet.De diet keeps blood sugar stable, healthy eating three meals and snacks throughout the day. Include healthy carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables, lean protein as well as from many sources such as beans, tofu, fish, or chicken breasts.
3. Avoid caffeine, especially late in the day.
Caffeine will keep you awake and sleep disruption. It also makes your blood sugar control more difficult.
4. Get enough vitamin B.
Vitamin B helps to stabilize mental health. If you have nerve problems from diabetes, make sure you get enough nutrition from your diet (nutrition from food sources such as fish, poultry, cereals, eggs) or additional things other
5. Check the ban.Rat snoring sleep apnea many diabetic briefly several times at night. Known as sleep apnea. Symptoms include snoring, daytime sleepiness, difficulty concentrating, and often headache or sore throat when you wake up
6. Keep the person hydrated.
