What Causes Excessive Thirst Along With Tiredness And Sore Throat?
I have a friend who was trying to lose weight. Now it seems he cannot stop losing weight. He is telling me that he is always very thirsty, still urinating though. He gets tired very easily and now has developed a sore throat and is having trouble eating and keeping much food down.

He need to evaluate for diabetes and thyroid problem by random blood sugar estimation and serum TSH estimation for primary workup.
The sore throat can be due to pharyngitis infection.
For that throat swab culture can be done for further workup.
Vitamin C lozenges can be helpful in pharyngitis.
