What Causes Excessive Sweating,coarse Hair And Joint Pain?

33 yrs old. 135 lbs. No past medical problems. Gave birth 3 years ago. Problem: Profuse sweating, day and night. Hair has become coarse. Height increase by 1", wt loss of 28 lbs, shoe size increased by 1/2 shoe size. Nasal drainage and severe joint pain. CBC shows all values normal with exception of RH. U/a negative.
