What Causes Excessive Sweating On The Face?

Hi Doc, my name is Anonymous, I m 30 years of age and my weight is 100 kg. I m HIV positive n I ve been on treatment for 9 years now. I have a problem, I sweat too much on the face ever since I was 15 years old, whether it s cold or hot or any season, I sweat and get shaky when I m hungry, I forget a lot and I m also losing my hair and having heart palpitations and hot flashes, my stomach is always lose and I also have rash on my body (small sores). I have been to the doctor to check test for Hyperthyroidism but the results came back negative. What could be the problem?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

You seems to have many different issues related to the different problems. It may not be because of the one issue.
The hunger problem is because of hypoglycemia and us normal, you need to check a fasting and post meal blood sugar levels to check if there is any problem associated.

The hair loss may be because of the antiviral medications you are taking, it is a side effect of these drugs.

The rash can be dermatitis because the defense system of people with HIV becomes week and sometimes because of antiviral drugs some super infections may occur too.
You need to visit dermatologist for further evaluation.
