Hello, Excessive sweating is experienced by some individuals and causes behind it are poor hygiene, some specific type of excess food intake can lead to excessive sweating or sometimes its just idiopathic. I would suggest you make sure he maintains hygiene well as teenagers tend to be lazy and don’t pay attention to it. Observe if he is eating anything in excess that might be causing this. If nothing seems to be the reason, I would say consult a dermatologist regarding this, he will be able to guide you best with medical management.
