Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to general hyperhidrosis.
-Make sure you are using an antiperspirant rather than a deodorant. Antiperspirants can reduce sweat.
-Oral Medications. Drugs known as anticholinergics stop sweating as a side effect. You should consult with your doctor about this treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
