What Causes Excessive Sweating And Abdominal Bloating?

Maybe... I've had an attack of what I think was due to either my gallbladder, pancreas ,duodenum or my stomach. I was sweaty ,had cold hands, bloated ,couldn't sleep, couldn't sit or lye down. what could be the culprit in this case. Please let me know what this is. I had this last year by the way, and no I didn't check it out. Thank you for your advise. L.C. , P.S. I would like a truthful answer. PLEASE !

Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-eat a diet high in fiber
-physical activity for at least 30 minutes, five times a week.
-Food allergies and intolerances can cause gas and bloating.
-Don't Eat Too Fast.
-Chewing gum can also lead to swallowing air, which can cause bloating.
