What Causes Excessive Sweating Along With Weakness?
YYYY@YYYY Recently I have had bouts of being hot, sweating profusely, and weakness. sometimes to the point of having to sit or lay down in front of a fan. Our house is well air conditioned and dehumidified. I am 67 and very active. This is a real downer. I have things to do. Today was bad.

Profuse sweating even in the air-conditioned room means either :
1 you have shortening of breath
2 heart problem
3 anemia
4 hyperthyroidism
Consult physician get ECG checked along with blood smear.
