Paracetamol belong to a class od medications known as "Anti-Pyretics" which means "The medications which lowers or reduce the body temperature".
Sweating is a mechanism by which Body lowers the temperature. When you take a paracetamol medication, it reduces the fever which might be a result of bacterial infection and then the body sweats to get the temperature down.
This sweating is a natural mechanism in the body lowers the temperature. It is the same reason we sweat in hot temperatures and during exercise i.e., To bring the body temperature down.
AND YOU CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR CAUSE FOR HEADACHE AND FEVER.
