Hello,
Good Evening,
Effects on women. For some women, periods become irregular during chemotherapy but return to normal after treatment. For others, chemotherapy may cause periods to stop completely (menopause)Signs of menopause include hot flushes, sweating especially at night and dry skin.
This may happen because your body is trying to fight the cancer. Hormone level changes may also be a cause. When cancer causes a fever, your body may sweat excessively as it tries to cool down. In some cases, night sweats occur due to cancer treatments such as chemotherapy.
