What Causes Excessive Stomach Bloating?

Female 23 5ft10 11stone healthy history apart from deppression . Hi my stomach looks pregnant when im not as iv had all my periods on time every28days dont think I can concive anyways as iv been trying for 6years I do drink alot of alcohol but even when I stop my stomach still looks about 6 months pregnant why is this please its really getting me down as the rest of my body is ok just a big pregnant looking stomach thankyou.

Dear stomach bloating may be due to acute gastrentritis,or food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory Bowel disease etc..


Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid dairy products and peanuts.

use tab.pantaprazole before breakfast for one week,tab.simethicon twice a day for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
