Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have read your query and yes your husband is on so many medications. Among all these medications, Paroxetine is the one which has significant sedating property. Is Paroxetine started by a psychiatrist or general physician? You have to find out the reason for starting Paroxetine. Discuss this with your doctor and if possible change it to other non-sedating SSRIs like Escitalopram or Fluoxetine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
