What Causes Excessive Sleepiness After Stopping Latuda?

I have bipolar disorder. I m currently on 750 mg of lithium. I was taking 20 mg of Latuda, but my psychiatrist took me off the Latuda 12 days ago, as I ve shown no signs of depression for a long time. He also cut my sleeping medication, Temazepam, from 30 to 15 mg. at my request. I m still sleeping my usual 8-9 hours at night, but feel sleepy all day now, which is very unlike me. I feel like I m in a fog. I m also thirsty all the time, but drinking lots of water. My last lithium level, done about 2 months ago was in the normal range. Can I expect these unpleasant side effects to go away soon.
