What Causes Excessive Saliva To Come Out Of Mouth After Eating?

Hello. For the past three weeks now, every time i eat something morning or night, i salivate excesively, to the point where saliva just pours out of my mouth as it was water. I do feel like my stomach is somewhat weird. I dont really know how to explain this. Well maybe like when one eats too much acidic food

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Excessive saliva production is caused by vagus nerve stimulation. This can be your way to feel nausea. The most probable reason of such symptoms is peptic ulcer, stomach inflammation or other stomach issue.
I suggest you to have it checked. Please consult your doctor, have blood work, abdominal ultrasound and gastroscopy.
In a meanwhile please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, alcohol, orange juices, chocolate.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
