Hi ... I have gone through your problem .but before I help you …you have to tell me your medicines which you are taking . I will explain you in detail.see as you had tumor and taking radition which cause salivary gland to decrease saliva flow by which it cause xerostomia. So might your doctor have prescribe you sailogoues which help to increasa saliva flow . so to have exact cause you should undergo screening of salivary glands. Dentist Dr. Lizabeth Sloane's  Response
Hello,
Your medical conditions most likely contribute to this. Your oral environment needs saliva and the protective enzymes. I am pleased that you do not report a dry mouth with your history and medical treatments. This, by far, can cause negative effects. I suggest, the majority of the time, you rinse your mouth and expel the saliva. You can try a mild nonprescription antihistamine that will have a drying effect on your mouth. Mouthwash may have an astringent effect. Be sure to avoid irritants to your mouth. Keep up with routine dental exams and cleanings to diagnosis any dental conditions needing treatment.
Advise your doctor of this condition. Your extensive medical history requires constant supervision especially when you note changes such as with balance. Consult with an oral surgeon. There may be a growth or tumor affecting a salivary gland. Your doctors may recommend prescription medications or changes to prescriptions that can affect salivary flow.
