What Causes Excessive Perspiration In The Inner Thighs?

I m 64 yr old male, 190 lbs 5 11 in excellent health. I work out 3-4 times week, climb mountains, etc. nothing notableexcept for one really embarrassing development. I have at the very top of my legs to each side of inner thighs heavy smelly moisture which I ve been treating with anti fungal spray and also powder, as well as showers. What the hell is it?

It is the fungal infection is very likely and it has to be treated with local antifungal agent like Miconazole gel some time it can be added with local steroid like Betamethasone, let inform you that as long as the skin lesion are concern for the correct or right diagnosis clinical examination is must, it is art of looking to dermatologist, if the above mentioned treatment fails to responds then you have to see the dermatologist.

It is the dermatitis and fungal infection is very likely but most of the time it associated with secondary bacterial infection, besides these it can be just dermatitis which is steroid responsive, it can be tried with antifungal, steroid and antibiotic, ideally any skin lesion demands the clinical examination for correct diagnosis, it is art of looking for dermatologist.
