Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 21 year old female experiencing excessive hunger and fatigue. I have difficulty sleeping at night. Noticed a small swollen area in my neck around my ear in September, but it went away(not sure if this is vital information). Bowel movements are more frequent than they used to be. No possibility of pregnancy. I m a smoker.
Hello. I shall try my best to help you here. If we consider most common then Excessive Hunger with Fatigue are due to either Thyroid Disorder( Hyperthyroidism) or Diabetes( high sugar Levels) Here i suggest you to get your Thyroid levels and Blood Sugar levels checked. If you pass urine more frequently then it is more likely Diabetic problem. Weight loss with increased heart beats in addition to your symptoms , goes toward Hyperthyroidism. I really hope your tests comes normal because if you are getting all these problems just for short period of time then it may get ok with time. But do get your tests done to be on safe side. Wishing you Health.
