1. Since you are under supervision thus your doctor must have excluded possible causes of hair loss and dandruff and thereafter prescribed accordingly.
PS. MPB [male pattern baldness/
androgenic alopecia although is related to gene and male sex hormone but a
skin biopsy, blood tests, or other procedures may be needed to diagnose other disorders that cause hair loss.

2. Since the said drug combination is used as a conditioning agent thus
consult a Dermatologist to find the underlying cause and then treat accordingly.
PS. It is presented in 100 ml presentation and initially you have to apply it 'once' daily and later thrice a week and local skin manifestation such as eryhtema,rash,pruritus are local side effects
