What Causes Excessive Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?
I am experiencing increased amounts of vaginal discharge and it smells very fishy. It doesn t itch and it doesn t burn when I urinate. I was wondering if it was bacterial vaginosis and if so, what over the counter medications can I use to get rid of it?

Your symptoms are suggestive of bacterial vaginosis. However, over the counter treatment is not available for bacterial vaginosis. The condition is treated with the antibiotic Metronidazole, which requires a prescription.
