What Causes Excessive Flatulence After Eating?

I have been having increased passing gas for about 1 month now, it does not matter what I eat, but I start passing gas within 1 hour of food consumption and it does not matter if I have ate high or low fiber foods. This is getting embarrassing and I m not sure what I should do.
