What Causes Excessive Craving For Sweet Food?
I am home 24/7. I eat breakfast, usually banana and yogurt and cho milk. Lunch is cottage cheese with coffee creamer on it. Snacks are often and always sweet. I eat until sometimes 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. and everything I eat is sweat or sugary. sometimes with whipped cream. Why am I always ONLY eating sweet things? I have a lot of various health problems.

The constant urge to crave for sweet food indicate either low glucose levels in the blood from lesser gluconeogenesis or excess sugar breakdown from insulin disturbances. Diabetes and other hormone disturbances have to be sorted out with detailed panel evaluation of endocrine system.
