Also get tests of stool, blood and urine. Upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy. CT scan of the abdomen. If any specific disease is found during investigations, get treated accordingly. If all the investigations are normal then a diagnosis of IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome should be considered and get treated accordingly.
