What Causes Excess Stress And Pain Near The Left Temple?

I have been under a lot of stress lately and last night I got upset and strained while yelling for a brief period of time. Afterwards, I felt very noticeable pressure (not pain) near my left temple. I slept fine but when I woke up I noticed that the pressure/throbbing are still there. Is this anything I should be concerned about?

I really appreciate your concern, it is because of the inflammation of TM joint and it might have happened due to opening mouth widely condition could be self limiting and no need to worry about this if it persist then Tab Diclofenac 50 mg can be used hope this information helps.
