What Causes Excess Stomach Acid, Persistent Constipation And Bloating?

thank you. I have high stomach acid, persistant constipation and bloating over 6 months, stomach discomfort, no h.pilori, nothing out of order on blood test. I eat a healthy non glutan non fatty diet. I have been seditary. I need suggestions please.

Acidity is a common condition and is easily treatable mostly by correcting the timings of meals and maintaining a healthy diet and by quitting smoking. Excess consumption of alcohol may also increase acidity, avoiding spicy food also helps reduce acidity. Antacids containing Aluminium and magnesium hydroxide should be used in chronic acidity.
Constipation : you should increase fibre content in your diet along with probiotic drinks. The normal flora of the intestines should be restored to avoid bloating hence take probiotic drinks or food.
Consume yoghurt on a daily basis, avoid excess non-veg food for sometime.
